How to measure watch band?
Well, straps are measured in millimetres. So being in America, we have to first translate our wrist size into a millimetre size. So I've gone ahead here, and I've done the math for you. So a six and three-quarter interest is roughly a hundred and seventy-one millimetres. You just multiply six point seven five by twenty-five points four, and you get the number of millimetres that your wrist is that your circumference. So this closed-loop, if it were perfectly snug to your rest, would be a hundred and seventy-one millimetres all around.
But we're not buying all around, right? We're just getting a strap. So we have to take the head out of the equation. So we have to measure the head from here to here, from where the strap attaches, you can approximate it as log tip to lug tip. That's probably the easiest thing to do. And this watch comes in at forty-six millimetres from tip to tip. So now you already have your wrist size in millimetres. The lug to lug is forty-six. You take your original size, subtract out the head, and your strap where it attaches to the buckle. And where it attaches to the watch should equal around a hundred and twenty-five millimetres.
